Digital Admin: the management platform for our trust company
Our trust company was juggling five tools that didn’t talk to each other. We built our own, and we have been using it every day since.
What we built
- Quotes, QR invoices, accounting, VAT and payroll in a single platform
- A mobile app that turns a receipt photo into an accounting entry
- Digital Copilot, an assistant that prepares entries, always validated by an accountant
The sales system for a precious metals dealer
A dealer sells bullion and coins under strict obligations: identify each client, document each transaction, keep the police register. They needed a single system to sell and stay compliant.
What we built
- The complete sales system, with bullion price management
- Client identification and Forms A and K, built into the sales process
- The police register and LBMA requirements, maintained in the same system
- Hosting and operating the entire infrastructure
Compliance is built into the software, not kept in a separate binder.
GoFitCenter: an online shop connected to management
GoFitCenter is our own fitness equipment shop. We are rebuilding it so that it becomes one with the business management.
What we are building
- A shop connected directly to Digital Admin: catalogue, stock, orders and invoices in the same tool
- The same payment method online and in store, including Twint
- No platform commission on sales
Icynote: a mobile application for SMD Security Printing
SMD Security Printing needed an application to accompany its Icynote banknotes.
What we built
- Reading Icynote banknotes from the phone
- A virtual wallet to track assets in one place
- Publication on the App Store
