The starting point: five tools that didn’t talk to each other

Our trust company had the same problem as every SME: one tool for invoices, another for accounting, spreadsheets for payroll, paper receipts and emails for everything else. Every piece of information was entered two or three times.

Rather than adding a sixth tool, we built our own: a single platform where each document is entered once and follows its path all the way to the books.

Quotes and QR invoices

Swiss QR quotes, orders and invoices, sent in one click, with payment tracking and reminders.

Accounting and VAT

Swiss accounting maintained on the fly, with VAT returns prepared from the entries.

Payroll

Payslips and social charges, calculated and posted.

Contacts and documents

Clients, suppliers and documents in one place, each record linked to its contact.

Inter-company exchanges

An invoice sent to another user arrives directly at their end; they accept or decline it with no re-entry.

Point of sale

A point of sale for shops, connected to stock and accounting.

Digital Copilot: AI that prepares, humans who decide

Digital Copilot is the assistant built into the platform. It reads a company’s documents (invoices, receipts, statements) and prepares the corresponding accounting entries.

Three rules never change:

Human confirmation before every entry. The assistant proposes; it never records on its own.
Every entry traces back to its source document. The original is always retrievable.
Data stays in Switzerland. The assistant runs on our Swiss servers, in compliance with data protection law.
